It's been a while since my last blog post. 2024 has been a rollercoaster so far full of ups and downs, as I adjust to life as a freelance photographer living in North East Wales, instead of a sunny seaside town in South Essex. Whilst the camping trips have been minimum, the hiking and general adventure that comes with living in one of the most visually stunning parts of the UK has been abundant. It was a welcome opportunity when I was asked to photograph a wellness event for a group of wonderful business women at a retreat in Hereford. Tucked away in the rolling hills next to the river Wye, sat Natures nest, a group of beautifully decorated Safari tents, hammocks and firepits. The setting for a weekend of relaxation, yoga, journaling and mindfulness.
